What is Awde Alchemy?

Awde Alchemy is a new generation of premium wellness supplements crafted the old school way: small batches, fresh whole ingredients, and locally made in Canada. No fillers, no preservatives, no artificial colours—just the good stuff.

How do I get started?

How many supplements do I get?

It depends on the product you choose and/or your Health Assessment results. All products come with a one month supply. This may include 30, 45 or 60 capsules.

Why are my supplements in bottles, not individual packs?

Our sturdy glass supplement bottles are inspired by Old World apothecary vessels—but they’ve been made with the future in mind. Crafted in Canada, these recyclable bottles produce less daily waste than one-and-done daily packets and help lower our environmental impact. Plus, they lock in freshness and look great on your shelf (if we do say so ourselves). There’s lots of creative ways to reuse and repurpose them—we encourage it!

How do I know which supplements are right for me?

Our Health Assessment was designed to help you identify the very best supplements for your unique needs and health goals. The assessment is quick and easy (it only takes a few minutes to complete), and considers your diet, lifestyle, wellness goals, and other important parameters to prescribe the optimal selection of products to help you feel your very best. Where are your supplements made?

I'm not ready to commit to a subscription. Can I try one month to start?

Absolutely—we have options! You can put your assortment of supplements on subscription and cancel at any time—no questions asked. You can also buy individual products without a subscription if you want to test run a supplement, or just try something new.

Can I order supplements for my entire family?

All Awde Alchemy products are specifically formulated for people ages 18 and older. When ordering for family members, it works best if you create accounts under separate email addresses and take our Health Assessment as our products are designed to be personalized for each individual.

What is the shelf life of your supplements?

A shorter shelf life is the key to our potency—and our powerful results. We suggest you consume our supplements within three months of receiving them to enjoy optimal freshness and reap maximum benefits.

I have dietary restrictions. How do I know if your supplements are right for me?

We take pride in formulating and compounding the best possible supplements and vitamins for you. We are constantly reviewing our products to ensure our products are the best they can possibly be. We try to ensure our products are Plant Based, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan or Vegetarian Friendly, You can check out the product pages to see if the product you're looking for meets your dietary needs. You can also take our Health Assessment and let us know about your dietary needs - we'll make sure to recommend products that meet these needs while ensuring you can achieve your health and wellness goals.

Is your product packaging child-proof?

All of our jars are child proof however, our powdered products in single serve pouches are not child proof.

How should I store my supplements?

Supplements you are taking for the month can be kept wherever is most convenient for you and where you'll best remember to take them. We do suggest that Omega-3s and Probiotics be stored in a cool dry place away from sunlight though. If you ordered the 3-month Starter Pack or have subscribed to our 3-month supply subscription, we suggest you strore your supplements in the fridge or in a cool, dry place until you're done the current month and ready to move to the next.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

We endeavour to be the as environmentally friendly as possible and are constantly looking for ways to improve. Our jars are 100% recyclable glass (but we think they're nice enough to reuse and repurpose!). Our mailers are 100% recyclable after removing the stickers (we're working on biodegradable mailers and stickers).

Can I take your supplements if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or in the post postpartum phase, we suggest you consult a health care practitioner prior to starting or discontinuing any natural health products. If you plan to order individual products, our 3-month Starter Pack, or add products to your suggested regimen producted by the Health Assessment, we suggest reviewing the Warnings and Cautions section as we have highlighted what products should be avoided or used with caution during this stage.

Why do you use glass jars?

Aside from the fact that glass jars are environmentally friendly and reusable, they're also plastic free, ensuring that no microplastics end up in our supplements.

Orders

Can I change the quantity of capsules I get of each supplement?

Each jar comes with either 30 capsules, 45 capsules, or 60 capsules for a month supply (some once per day, some twice daily, some 3 or 4 times per day). For products with a 30 day supply of 90 capsules, you'll receive 2 jars of 45 capsules and for products with a 30-day supply of 120 capsules, you'll recieve 2 jars of 60 capsules. You can add additional bottles to your order, however we suggest subscribing to ensure you get the freshest most recently compounded products every time.

Can I get something that isn't listed?

We're always interested in learning more about what our customers want and encourage you to email us with requests at info@AwdeAlchemy.com. Sometime we can suggest a product we currently offer that has a similar therapeutic effect.

How do I redeem a gift card or discount code?

Simply add the gift card or discount code to the indicated area at checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

What if I want to return my order?

We strive to make all our clients 100% satisfied. While we can’t accept returns, we will do everything we can to make the situation right.

If there is an issue with the order your received we encourage you to reach out to us at info@AwdeAlchemy.com and we'll do everything we can to correct the issue!

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout Canada with the exception of Quebec (we'll be there soon Quebec!). Unfortunately we do not ship internationally yet but we encourage you to join our maling list for updates on our expansion at the bottom of the page and encourage you to express your interest in Awde Alchemy by emailing info@AwdeAlchemy.com

How long does it take to receive my order?

We try to ensure all packages arrive within 5 business days of placing your order (usually it arrives much sooner though). Subsequent shipments will be shipped every 25 days so you'll receive it just in time for your next month of your wellness journey! You'll be updated along the order journey and hear from us acknowledging we received your order and when your order is shipped along with the tracking number. Do you ship to PO boxes and military addresses?

We do ship to PO boxes and military addresses. An additional charge of $5 per shipment will be charged to PO box shipments. No additional charge will be added to ship to miliary bases (thank you for your service!).

How do I track my orders?

We know how important continuity of your supplement regimen is for your wellness journey. We send you a tracking number with every shipment so you know exactly when and where your supplements are. If you have any questions about your shipment, you can email us at info@AwdeAlchemy.com

SOS! I need my supplements now. Can you ship overnight?

We will do our very best to accomodate your shipping needs! Reach out to us at info@AwdeAlchemy.com and we'll try our very best to rush your package to you.

My order says delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?

Let us know and we'll rush a replacement to you immediately while also following up directly with Canada Post.

Subscriptions

When will I receive my order each month?

We want to make sure you have your next month right on time, and sometimes this means it might arrive a bit early. You will receive your next order 30 days after your previous order was marked as delivered, or maybe a few days earlier. If you are on our 3-month subscription cycle, you'll receive your next order 90 days after your previous order was marked as delivered (or maybe a few days earlier).

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, at any time! Just log into your account and press the 'Pause' button.

Can I gift a subscription to a friend?

We're working on setting up gift codes. Subscribe to our Newsletter HERE for updates, we'll let you know when you can start gifting!

When am I billed each month?

You are only billed for your order once we start packing them at peak freshness. This is usually about 6-7 days before you run out of our current subscription at home.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Simply click "Forgot Password" on the Sign-In page and follow the prompts.

How do I sign-in to my account?

Simply click sign-in at top right of page (the little person icon)

How do I update my credit card info or account info?

Once you've logged into your account, you can update your credit card information and address under Account Details. If you're changing your address, make sure your desired delivery address is updated at least 10 days before your next order is due to arrive.
